Anxiety & worry :o

This latest entry is not about election day today in the States... lol,

though it seems a fitting time to post as it turns out.

I welcome you to have a listen as anxiety & worry have been lifetime topics for me and perhaps you too?! They exist as two robbers that we need to be set free from COMPLETELY. I believe this is possible.
