De La Journee = "of the day / week" (rough meaning)
My sister came up with this french name when we were tossing around ideas about ways to
share 'Good News' in a newspaper or kind of portal for regular sharing.
So this is the first, I hope, of a series of entries, that will embody daily and weekly happy morsels of truth and love for you to digest and eat from the table of God's grace and love for you :p
Good News... yes please, more please!
I hope this 'Good News' will be expressed in a number of ways. The framework is primarily the actual Gospel, the Good News of Jesus Christ and the new creation that he has made you to be- Jesus Christ's gift to every person on the planet- the gift of Himself living & breathing in you- your identity, your wholeness and all the good stuff this website, Gold Flames, is meant to be pointing towards. Revelations from the Father's heart, inspirations, miraculous healing stories from anywhere & everywhere and media news stories to delight your heart, as they do mine.. that is the aim. I hope this will bring you encouragement, hope, guidance & health.
Bad News, burned out
In a world that is routinely, if not at every juncture, shell shocked with so much bad news, dreaming this blog will be of a part of a growing blaze that awakens hearts to knowing the truth that love is not dead or burned out- despite what many people might be led to think- even me- but only on some days ;)
